What I collect
I only collect what I need to provide my services:
Contact details: name, email and phone number
Booking details: dates, services chosen and payment confirmation
Health and lifestyle information you choose to share during an assessment
Newsletter and guide preferences, including language
Technical data from cookies, only if you consent
Why I collect it
To reply to your messages, schedule and deliver sessions, send the guides and newsletters you asked for, and improve the site when you allow analytics. I never sell or rent your information.
Consent
I ask for clear, specific consent before collecting your information. Optional cookies stay off until you accept them. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing me or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies remember your language and consent choices. Analytics (Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization) and marketing cookies (Instagram, Facebook) only run after you opt in. Change your choices any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who I share it with
Some trusted providers help me run the business: an email service (Mailchimp), a booking tool, a payment processor and website hosting. Some may store data outside Québec. Before using them, I assess their privacy practices as required by Law 25.
How long I keep it
Client files are kept for the period required by professional and tax obligations, then securely destroyed. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Free guide requests are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information I hold about you
Ask for corrections
Withdraw your consent
Ask for your information in a portable format
Ask that your information stop being shared or be de-indexed
Confidentiality incidents
If a confidentiality incident creates a risk of serious harm, I will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec as required, and keep a register of incidents.
